摘要 目前,我国核电站主流的反应堆类型为压水型反应堆。本研究结合核电站临时高空作业的工程实践,提出了一种集高通用性、快速拆装、使用便捷、成本低等特性为一体的新型多功能高空作业平台。本作业平台采用纯机械的方式拼装及固定,通过改变中层支杆数量的方式实现作业平台高度的调节,通过改变横杆长度的方式实现作业平台宽度的调节,通过改变支杆材料的方式实现作业平台总重及承重的调节。该设计解决了压水型反应堆一回路、二回路在建设、调试、运行、检修等过程中的临时高空作业问题,分析了工程现场临时高空作业的技术要求,给出了作业平台的三维模型及操作使用方法。该设计可实现小空间搭设、快速拆装、便捷操作的目标,具有较大的应用价值,为同类型产品的设计及开发提供了一定的参考价值。 At present, the main reactor type of nuclear power plants in China is a pressurized water reactor. This study, combined with the engineering practice of nuclear power stations for temporary high-altitude operations,proposes a new type of multi-functional aerial work platform integrating high versatility, quick disassembly,convenience, and low cost. The work platform is assembled and fixed by a purely mechanical method. The height of the work platform is adjusted by changing the number of middle struts. The width of the work platform is adjusted by changing the width of the strut. The weight and bearing of the work platform is changed by changing the strut material. This design solves the problem of temporary high-altitude operations in the construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the primary and secondary circuits of pressurized water reactors. The technical requirements of the temporary work site at the project site is analyzed, and a three-dimensional model of the work platform and operation and use methods is gave. The goal of small space erection, rapid disassembly, assembly, convenient operation is achieved. It has great application value and provides a certain reference value for the design and development of the same type of products.
