一种新式的航标灯浮锚链收放设备

摘要 进行航标灯浮收放过程中,锚链放置在船舶甲板上会占用有限的作业空间,且现有绞盘作业效率比较低,因此提出了一种航标专用链轮式铰链机。根据船舶锚机的工作原理,利用两端的锚链轮和中间的导轮形成三点弯曲的形式,可保证锚链处于拉紧状态。根据经典力学理论,对所设计的铰链机进行受力分析和强度校核,并加工出实物样机,试验表明,所设计的铰链机可以减少人力,不受锚链长度限制,提高作业效率和安全性,且有效减小锚链所占用的甲板面积。 The anchor chain will occupy a limited working space on the deck of the ship, and the efficiency of the existing winch is relatively low in the process of floats of navigation marks. Therefore, a special chain wheel hinge machine for navigation aids is proposed. According to the working principle of the ship anchorage, the form of three-point bending is formed by using the anchor chain wheel at both ends and the guide wheel in the middle to ensure that the anchor chain is in a tight state. According to the classical mechanics theory, the force analysis and strength check of the hinge machine are carried out and design the prototype machine. Experiments show that the hinge machine can reduce manpower and not restricted to the length of the anchor chain. It can improve efficiency and safety, and effectively reduce deck area occupied by anchor chains.
