负荷预测是电力系统规划的基础 ,其准确度直接影响到电网建设。介绍电力系统负荷预测中常用的几种简单预测方法 ,用各方法对常德地区的负荷进行了预测 。

As the basis of electric power system planning, the accuracy of load forecast is directly related to the construction of power network. In this paper, some general and simple forecast methods are introduced and applied in Changde power network load forecast. Basic requirements of district power suppliers for load forecast are analysed.
