摘要
论述了泵系统喘振现象的产生及控制手段 ,分析了泵电动机在直接启动 /停止、固态降压启动 /停止和 SMC(智能马达控制器 )启动 /停止方式下 ,泵系统的速度—转矩特性及时间—流量特性 ,得出应用
The generation of pump gasping vibration and its control methods are discussed in the paper.The pump speed torque and time flow characteristics at direct start/stop,solid state step down start/stop and SMC start/stop are analysed respectively.A conclusion is reached that SMC control is an effective way to eliminate the pump gasping vibration.
