摘要 提出一种基于曲线形状匹配的头部磁共振图像自动配准方法,可实现预分割提取头部轮廓曲线、曲线形状特征提取及匹配和单层匹配结果的校正。实验证明在缺乏成像位置参数时,该方法可快速有效地成功实现头部磁共振图像的配准,特别是颅脑内部包含肿瘤的图像配准。 An automatic method of MR brain image registration based on contour shape match has been presented in this paper. It includes presegmentation to abstract head contour, contour shape feature abstract and match, and correction of single sli de match. Experiment results demonstrate its effectiveness for registration of T 1, T2 and PD images that lack of parameter of imaging position, especially for h ead images with tumor inside them.
