摘要
随着当今高层建筑的快速发展,塔吊凭借着其优点也被广泛应用。然而,塔吊处于高空作业,危险性高,所以在建筑施工过程中,由塔吊发生的意外伤害仍旧无法避免。因此,研究其解决办法刻不容缓。本文主要根据一些塔吊事故发生的原因,对塔吊的质量、垂直度、液压顶升系统、力矩、失稳情况以及与施工对象之间的碰撞等所产生的问题提出相应的检测方法,以提高塔吊的安全系数。
With the rapid development of high-rise buildings industry,tower cranes are widely used because of its advantages.However,the tower crane is working above the ground,due to the inherent risk of aerial work,accidents related to the tower crane also happen from time to time.Therefore,it is very urgent to find appropriate methods to prevent such accidents.In this paper,based on some causes of some tower crane accidents,we put forward some corresponding detection methods about the quality,perpendicularity,hydraulic jack-up system,torque,instability condition of tower crane and the collision between the construction objects and so on,so as to improve the safety coefficient of tower crane.
