摘要
在碳酸钙存在的条件下,对两种不同闪锌矿提出了预先低温氧化焙烧的处理方法。结果表明,在300℃焙烧3h时,锌品位为11.46%的1#矿样中的闪锌矿在焙烧过程中都转化成了易于溶出的ZnO,且硫与碳酸钙作用转化成了CaSO_4,在45℃的NH_3-(NH_4)2SO_4-H_2O溶液中浸出1h,锌浸出率可达100.0%;而锌品位为49.25%的2#矿样相对1#矿样来说,矿物组成较为复杂,在相同试验条件下,锌浸出率仅为91.76%。
Pretreatment of oxidation roasting at low temperature with CaCO_3 for two kinds of sphalerite was proposed.The results show that sphalerite in sample No.1with 11.46%Zn is completely transformed into easily soluble ZnO,sulfur is fixed as CaSO_4 by CaCO_3when roasted at 300℃for 3h.Leaching rate of zinc in calcine of No.1sample in NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4-H_2O system at 45℃for 1his 100.0%.However,for No.2 sample with 49.25%Zn,the leaching rate of zinc is only 91.76% under the same conditions due to its complex mineral composition.
