摘要
探讨了采用ChCl-urea(1:2)低共熔溶剂为溶剂、氨三乙酸(NTA)为螯合剂浸出含锌烟尘中锌的可行性。考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、NTA浓度、液固比对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明,在浸出温度为80℃、浸出时间24h、NTA浓度0.1mol/L、液固比12.5的条件下,锌浸出率可以达到87%左右。
The feasibility to leach zinc from zinc-bearing dust with ChCl-urea(1:2)Deep Eutectic Solvents as solvent and nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA)as chelating agent was studied.The effects of leaching temperature,leaching time,NTA concentration,and L/S on zinc leaching rate were investigated.The results show that zinc leaching rate is about 87% under the optimum conditions including leaching temperature of 80 ℃,leaching time of 24 h,NTA concentration of 0.1mol/L,and L/S=12.5.
