摘要
介绍了全截面焊接技术及装置在铝电解槽阴极钢棒焊接中的应用。与传统焊接工艺焊接效果对比,该技术能够实现阴极钢棒的全截面焊接,有效提高焊接阴极钢棒的焊接质量和焊接效率、降低焊口压降。生产实践表明,相对传统工艺,该工艺能够将工期缩短40h左右,上槽后压降降低15mV左右。
Application of full section welding technology and equipment in cathode steel bar welding of electrolytic cell was introduced.Comparing with traditional welding technology,this technology can realize full section welding of cathode steel bar,effectively improve welding quality and efficiency of cathode steel bar,and reduce voltage drop of welded junction.Plant practices show that this technology can shorten construction period by 40 hours and reduce voltage drop by about 15 mV.
