摘要
对某含锑难处理金精矿采用碱预处理—压力氧化—氰化回收金进行研究。考察了预处理碱浓度、浸出时间和温度对锑脱除率的影响,并考察了矿浆浓度、氧分压、反应温度和反应时间对氧化渣硫氧化率的影响。结果表明,含锑金精矿在细度-0.045mm>80%、NaOH 50g/L、浸出时间3h、浸出温度90℃、液固比4∶1的条件下碱预处理脱锑,锑脱除率95%。碱预处理渣在矿浆浓度40%、氧分压0.7~0.8MPa、反应温度200℃,停留时间30min条件下,平均硫氧化率97.12%。加压氧化渣氰化,渣计金浸出率超过95%。
Gold recovery from antimony-bearing refractory gold concentrate by alkali pretreatment,pressure oxidation and cyanidation was studied.Effects of pretreatment alkali concentration,leaching time and temperature on antimony removal rate were discussed.Effects of slurry concentration,oxygen partial pressure,reaction temperature and reaction time on sulfur oxidation rate from pressure oxidation slag were investigated.The results show that removal rate of antimony is 95%under the optimum conditions including concentrate fineness of-0.045 mm>80%,NaOH concentration of 50 g/L,leaching time of 3 h,leaching temperature of 90℃,and L/S=4/1.Sulfur oxidation rate is 97.12%under the optimum conditions including slurry concentration of 40%,oxygen partial pressure of 0.7~0.8 MPa,temperature of 200℃,and reaction time of 30 min.Gold leaching rate is 95%above after pressure oxidation and cyanidation.
