摘要
综述了实现陶瓷低温烧结的一些方法 ,包括粉体的制备、处理、成型及烧结工艺 。
Low temperature sintering of ceramics including preparation,dealing of raw materials,shaping of powders and various of sintering methods,such as liquid-phase sintering,hot pressed sintering,hot isostatic pressing sintering,microwave sintering,microwave plasma sintering,spark plasma sintering etc.were reviewed in the paper.The process of low temperature was in prospect.
