制备工艺条件对SiO_2干凝胶发光性质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 系统研究了制备工艺条件对SiO2 干凝胶发光性质的影响。结果显示 :干凝胶的发光强度随着工艺参数的不同而变化。凝胶中的缺陷引发了蓝色和橙色发光。水和催化剂是凝胶制备过程中2个至关重要的工艺参数。加水量及催化剂加入量对干凝胶的网络结构影响很大 ,改变了SiO2 干凝胶中发光的缺陷浓度 。 The effect of preparation technology parameters on the photoluminescence(PL)properties of silica xerogel was studied.Experimental results indicate that the PL intensity is changed with variety of the technology parameters.The blue and orange emission is ascribed to the defects in the network structure of silica gel.The catalyst and water are key parameters to the preparation of silica gel.The content of water and catalyst affect strongly the network structure of silica gel and further change the concentration of defects,so the PL properties are changed.
