摘要
采用溶胶法制备TiO2 溶胶 ,用浸渍—提拉方式在普通玻璃表面制成锐钛矿相TiO2 薄膜。实验结果表明 :最佳镀膜次数为 3次 ;掺杂Mo离子对于提高TiO2 膜的光催化活性有明显的促进作用。对薄膜的结构进行了表征 :用电镜分析 (SEM)及X射线衍射法 (XRD)确定了晶型及晶粒的大小 ;用光电子能谱 (XPS)
The TiO 2 films were prepared by soak-pulling method in TiO 2 sol made by hydrolysis of titanium butoxide.The results show that the optimal thickness for the catalyzing TiO 2 film is got by three times plating and doping Mo 3+ can enhance the photocatalysis.The TiO 2 film was characterizde by SEM,XRD,XPS.The effects on photocatalytic properties of TiO 2 film on glass and the method to improve it were discussed.
