摘要 对CaTiO3 SrTiO3系统进行了深入的研究 ,结果表明 :由于SrTiO3和CaTiO3均具有钙钛矿型结构 ,可形成有限型固溶体。通过调节Sr/Ca的摩尔比可以得到一种性能优良的高频瓷料。适量的Bi3+的引入可以与Sr3+形成不等价取代将有利于介电常数的进一步升高 ,同时也有利于介电常数温度系数的绝对值的减小。研究表明该系统的烧结温度应该在 1 2 80℃。 The dielectric property of CaTiO 3-SrTiO 3 system was studied in detail in this paper.Because of the same structure of SrTiO 3 and CaTiO 3,the finite solid solution can be obtained.A excellent ceramic material can be obtained through adjusting the ratio of Sr/Ca.The introduction of proper dopant Bi 3+ can replace the Sr 2+ to form anisovalent substitute which is benefit to the increase of permittivity.At same time ,it is also propitious to decrease the absolute value of premittivity temperature-coefficient.In addition,the sintering temperature of this system is 1280℃.
