水孔蛋白-4与脑水肿 被引量:4

摘要 脑缺血、脑外伤和颅内肿瘤等中枢神经疾病均伴有脑水肿的发生,水孔蛋白-4作为主要在脑组织中表达的水通道蛋白,仅对水分子有通透性,对脑水肿的病理生理变化起着重要的调节作用。本文就水孔蛋白-4在脑组织中分布、功能、调节及其在脑水肿形成与消散中的作用机制进行了综述。
