摘要
分析了虹吸式出水流道泵站的快速闸门在超驼峰水位运行中存在的问题 ,提出采取快速闸门与压缩空气联合运用的新思路 .根据超驼峰水位的不同 ,在充分利用站内原有设备的基础上 ,建立不同型式的压缩空气系统 ,并根据具体情况对快速闸门进行配套改造 .通过压缩空气技术与快速闸门的配合 ,实现超驼峰水位下机组启动。
After studying the operating problem of quick_stop gate for drainage pumping station with siphon outlet, new thoughts of cooperation of quick_stop gate and compressed air system are presented. According to the different over hump water level, different types of air_compressed system have been developed based on the existing facilities of pumping station. Besides, some techniques of innovating quick_stop gate have also been provided. By the cooperation of the quick_stop gate and compressed air system for pumping station, several technical tasks of preventing flood such as unit starting, suddenly failure and preventing backward flow in pumping station under over hump level, are implemented.
