摘要
通过分析突发式光接收模块的关键技术 ,有效地利用一个伪跨阻方式消除直流耦合带来的直流电平影响 ;采用自动门限控制技术实现突发式光信号的接收 ,并采用延迟锁相环实现“首比特”的相位同步完成数据和时钟的恢复 .介绍了 15 5Mb/s突发式光接收模块的详细设计思路和研制过程 ,并给出了具体的测试性能结果 ,能够很好满足无源光网络 (APON)
The key technology of burst mode receiver in passive optical networks which is a prospective access networks for FTTH, is described. A dummy transimpedance amplifier is applied to eliminate the quiescent voltage ripple in the first amplifying stage, so as to have a more stable characteristics. Especially, the technology of burst mode receiver with a self_adaptive threshold setting circuit which is very important for receiving burst mode signal, is described in detail. Also a special delay_lock_loop(DLL) is used to perform data synchronization in the first bit, so to achieve data and clock recovery. As a reference, we present out our test data here, together with designing consideration and development process. This receiver will surely satisfy APON requirement.
