摘要
根据气体保护机理 ,采用 SF6 混合气体保护镁合金熔液。论述了保护的原理、方法 ,介绍了混合气体各组元的配比、流量 ,提出了在气体保护工艺中需要注意的问题。
On the basis of gas protective mechanism, magnesium alloys are protected by SF 6 mixture gases, products quality and work environment have been improved. This paper describes the basic principle and method to use mixture gases, introduces the different ratios as well as the flow of SF 6 mixture gases,and put forward questions needed to pay attention to in gas protection technologies.
