摘要
对工业副产品半焦 ,采用加压水热化学活化法、HNO3活化法和高温煅烧等方法制备出半焦烟气脱硫剂。通过对脱硫剂的脱硫性能进行评价分析得出 ,由此法制得的烟气脱硫剂的脱硫效果较好 ;半焦经高温处理后 ,脱硫剂活性与其烧失率有关 ,烧失率越大硫容越大 。
Having tested the activity of semi coke desulfurizers through high pressure hydrothermal chemical activation ,HNO 3 modification and high temperature calcinations etc.,two results were arrived. One is that the activity of semi coke by high temperature treatment is connected with its burn off and the more burn off,the better efficiency of removing SO 2 from the flue gas.An other is that we treated the semi coke with above way may get flue gas desulfurizers with better efficiency.
