红假单胞菌的生理学特性研究

A Study on the Physiological Characterostics of Rhodopseudomonas

对经过鉴定均属于红假单胞菌属的四个菌株[5] 的生理特性作了系统研究 ,结果表明 :各菌株在光照厌氧条件下可利用多种低分子有机酸、醇类和部分糖类 ,适宜的氮源有铵盐、谷氨酸和蛋白胨 ;经计算机寻优 ,其最适初始 pH值为 7.0～ 7.5 ;不同菌株对NaCl的耐受情况有所不同 ;酵母膏对菌株P -1 5N、P -1

There are four strains of Rhodopseudomonas from different sources.Their physiological characteristics were studied and the results showed as follows:the strains could use a number of low molecular organic compounds under anaerobic growth condition in the light.Good growth occurred with ammonia、glutamic acid and protein pepton as nitrogen sources.Their optimal initial pH value for growth was 7.0 to 7.5.Different strains had varied ability to tolerate NaCl.Growth of P-15N,P-16 could be enhanced by yeast extract.
