摘要
素质教育的核心是促进人的发展 ,发展学生的主体性是学生获得发展的根本保证 ,主体性的培养和发展的主阵地是教学过程。
The core of quality education is to promote individual's development.The students' quality is essentially guaranteed by developing their initiatives.The major way to cultivate and develop the initiatives is in the teaching process.Based on the theory of initiatives education,this thesis discusses from several aspects the ways of developing the initiatives in the Mathematics teachnig process.
