急性白血病患者血浆sFas表达的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :了解急性白血病患者血浆 s Fas水平及其意义。方法 :流式细胞仪免疫荧光双标法检测 71例急性白血病患者的血浆 s Fas含量 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 :难治复发组急性白血病患者s Fas含量 (6 .2 3μg/ L± 1.31μg/ L;n=4 4 )显著高于 (P<0 .0 1)正常对照 (4 .85 μg/ L± 0 .92 μg/ L;n=2 8)和缓解组 (5 .12 μg/ L± 1.0 8μg/ L;n=2 7)。结论 :初步提示血浆 s Objective:To explore the role of plasma soluble Fas receptor levels in patients with acute leukem ia.Methods:The levels of plasm a in71patients with acute leukemia and2 8con- trols were measured by flow cytom etry.Results:s Fas levels in refractory/ relapsed patients(6 .2 3 μg/ L± 1.31μg/ L ;n=4 4 ) were remarkably higher(P<0 .0 1) than norm al control(4 .85μg/ L± 0 .92 μg/ L;n=2 8) and complete remission(CR) subjects(5 .12 μg/ L± 1.0 8μg/ L;n=2 7) respectively. Conclusion:Increasing levels of plasma s Fas in patients suffered from acute leukemia m ay be related with drug resistance.
