摘要
目的 :探讨 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达在急性白血病中的意义。方法 :采用流式细胞技术检测 4 7例初诊急性白血病患者 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达 ,同时采用生化法测定血清 L DH和HBDH,并于标准化疗第 1疗程结束时计算 MBDI。结果 :AML 患者 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达明显高于 AL L 患者 ;GM- CSF受体 α亚单位的较高表达主要见于 AML- M5和 AML- M0 患者 ,AL L 患者呈阴性表达 ;GM- CSF受体 α亚单位的表达水平在血清 L DH/ HBDH升高组与正常组两组间、在 MB-DI≥ 5 0 %与 <5 0 %两组间无显著性差异。结论 :急性白血病 GM- CSF受体 α亚单位表达测定对于AML 尤其是 AML- M5和 AML- M0 的诊断与鉴别诊断有帮助 ;GM- CSF受体
Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of GM- CSF receptorα subunit ex- pression in patients with acute leukemia.Methods:In 4 7patients with de novo diagnosed acute leukemia,GM- CSF receptorα expression was assayed by direct imm unofluorescence method,serum activity of L DH and HBDH was m easured with biochem ical m ethod,bone m arrow blastdecrease index (MBDI) was calculated on the tim e when the first two rounds of standard induction regim en were com pleted.Results:GM- CSF receptorα expression was obviously higher in AML - M5and AML - M0subtype(P<0 .0 5 ) ,and in those AML patients with myeloid differentiation antigen overexpression. There wasn't significant difference of GM- CSF receptorα expression in two groups between the AML patients with increased and normal L DH (or HBDH ) activity,or two groups with MBDI more and less than 5 0 % (P<0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:GM- CSF receptorα examination m ight be useful to the diagnosis of AML especially M5and M0 subvariety.m oreover,GM- CSF receptorα expression was not associated with leukemic cell load and therapeutic outcom e in the first two rouds of induction thera- py.
