脑CT灌注成像患者的护理

Nursing care on CT perfusion imaging of the brain

目的 :探讨脑CT灌注成像中相关的护理工作问题。方法 :对 4 7例行脑CT灌注成像患者的相关资料进行了回顾性的分析。结果 :4 7例碘过敏试验均为阴性。 4 6例一次对比剂注射灌注成功 ,1例对比剂外渗而重新选择静脉注射成功。 2 8例无任何不适感 ;17例一过性的热感或凉感 ;1例头晕、恶心、面部轻微潮红 ,经心理护理 ,症状消失 ;1例出现荨麻疹 ,静注地塞米松 10mg ,皮疹渐消退。 1例对比剂渗入皮下 ,用 5 0 %硫酸镁冷湿敷后吸收消失。结论 :认真做好护理工作在预防和处理对比剂副反应。

Objective:To investigate nursing care on CT perfusion imaging of the brain.Methods:The related data of CT perfusion imaging of the brain in 47 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The test of iodic allergy of 47 cases were negative. The injection of iodic contrast media on perfusion was successful at first time in 46 cases, and was failure in 1 case at first time because of the seepage of contrast media and was successful by re choosing vein. Among 47 cases, 28 cases had no indisposition,and 17 cases had the warm or cool feeling briefly,and 1 case had the dizzy and nauseous symptoms and slight flush which disappeared by psychological nursing care, and 1 case had a nettle rash, which disappeared by injecting 10.0mg of dexamethasone through vein. The patient of the seepage of contrast media recovered through cool wet covering with 50% MgSO 4 continuously.Conclusion:It is very important to nurse carefully on preventing and dealing with side effect of iodic contrast media and assisting the doctor to finish CT perfusion imaging smoothly.
