摘要
目的 :探讨肺挫裂伤的CT诊断价值。方法 :对 2 6例临床诊断肺挫裂伤的CT与X线平片对照分析。结果 :肺内表现 :轻度 7例 ,平片阴性 3例 ;中度 13例 ,平片与CT均可见阳性表现 ;重度 6例 ,其中 3例因并发胸腔、胸壁损伤致平片漏诊。结论 :CT扫描对肺挫裂伤的诊断准确率明显高于X线平片 。
Objective:To explore the CT value in diagnosing the lung contused wound.Methods:Lung contused wound in 26 cases by clinical diagnosis of CT and chest X ray were comparalively analyzed.Results:In intra lung of phenotype in 7 cases with gently degree, chest X ray showed negative among 3 cases;In 13 cases with middle degree,CT and chest X ray express positive phenotype;among 6 cases with severe degree,3 cases missed diagnosis by chest X ray because of cavity and chest wall injury.Conclusion:CT of accurating rate go beyond chest X ray in diagnosis for lung contused wound,it is the most optimal means at present.
