经阴道超声对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的诊断(附295例分析)

Endovaginal ultrasonic diagnosis of hysteromyoma and andenomyosis(analysis of 295 case)

目的 :探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的方法及其临床应用。方法 :对临床上月经过多经期延长并有腹痛的患者 ,应用阴道超声检查 2 95例子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病进行比较分析。结果 :子宫肌瘤 194例 ,子宫腺肌病 5 6例 ,子宫肌瘤合并腺肌病 4 5例。二者有很多相似之处 ,亦各具特征。结论 :经阴道超声较腹部超声更能获取最佳图像 ,是诊断子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病的有效方法且检出率高 。

Objective:To explore the method and its clinical applications of endovaginal ultrasonic diagnosis of hysteromyoma and andenomyosis.Methods:Patients with menostaxis or menometrorrhagia with abdominal pain underwent the examination and were analysed.Results:Among the 295 patients,194 have hysteromyoma,56 have andenomyosis and 45 have hysteromyoma combined with andenomyosis.These two diseases have their own characteristics as well as many similarities.Conclusion:Clear images can be obtained by using this method,with a high positive finding out rate,so it's an useful method to diagnose these two diaeases and it can provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
