摘要 研制了基于 PC机视窗平台、Delphi 5 .0软件开发工具编程 ,心音传感器、心音信号调理电路及 ISA扩展槽电路的新型心肌收缩力检测和评估系统。提出了一种用小波变换对心音信号进行去噪的实用方法。通过临床试验表明 ,该系统能无创、快速。 This paper describes a new system for detecting and evaluating cardiac contractility, which is based on PC windows platform, Delphi 5.0 software developing tool, PCG sensor, PCG transform circuits and ISA peripheral circuits. The paper provides satisfactory tests of signals and elimination of signal noise. The clinical tests suggest it is noninvasive, convenient, inexpensive and rapid in detecting and evaluating cardiac contractility for patients of heart disease and healthy subjects.
