摘要
介绍一种大型回转体运行轴线的测量方法及其便携式测量系统。该方法在回转体两边 4 5°方向上安装非接触式位移传感器 ,采用键相法原理高精度地确定两个位移信号的时差及回转体的运转周期 ,从而计算出该位置的回转中心。编制相应的数据采集及处理软件 ,由计算机、传感器、A / D采集卡、安装支架等组成便携式测量系统。该系统结构简单、使用方便。
A method of measuring operation axes of the large rotary part and a portable measure system are presented. Two non contact displacement sensors are fixed on both sides of the rotary part in the angle of 45° to the centerline. The time difference of two displacement signals and the operating period of rotary part are calculated by means of the keyway phase measure. Then the rotary center of the measure cross section will be obtained. By composing the program of data acquiring and processing, the computer, the transducer, the A/D card and the fixing bracket formed into a portable measure system. The system used the method is simple and the operation is convenient. The method has a high measuring precision. It is valid when used in practice.
