The development trend of biotechnology and biotechnological industries in the world were analyzed.Some important industrial biotechnology and products in China were introduced.Its suggested that the biotechnology can be used as one of the most important technology for the development of economy and technology in a big stride in China,some important problem should be solved,for example,the high priority of governments on all levels should be put on development of biotechnology and its industries,and setting up of biotechnological parks,etc.
