利用锤击法和正弦激励法测试风机叶轮固有频率来对风机叶轮振动故障进行诊断。在轮盖上加焊一个圆环改变叶轮的固有频率 ,避开旋转时气体的激振频率。风机运转 6年多来 ,未再发生共振而导致断裂。

The natural frequency of a fan impeller was measured by hammer and sine excitation.The vibration trouble of the fan impeller was diagnosed. After the shroud cover was welded with a ring, the natural frequency of the impeller is changed. The excitation frequency of gas was avoided. when the impeller rotated .The running impeller hasn't been fractured resulted from resonance since six years.
