牦牛绒纤维长度分布

Length distribution of yak hair fiber

为了进一步拓展牦牛绒纤维的应用领域,用单根纤维长度测量法分别对2种牦牛绒纤维棕牛绒和紫牛绒的长度进行测试,实验表明:紫牛绒纤维的长度范围5~130 mm;棕牛绒纤维的长度范围5~132 mm;用计算机模拟牦牛绒纤维的排列分布状况,结果表明牦牛绒纤维长度排列分布是连续的,并具有天然纤维长度分布的显著特征;在此基础上采用分组测量分析法研究牦牛绒纤维的长度根数分布、长度质量分布、长度线密度分布等情况,计算出紫牛绒纤维的平均线密度为5.41 dtex,线密度范围3.734~8.058 dtex;棕牛绒纤维的平均线密度为4.23 dtex,线密度范围3.291~8.000 dtex。

In order to further expand yak hair fiber's application areas,a single fiber length method of measurement is used for determination of length distribution of the purple yak hair fiber and the brown yak hair fiber. The test reveals that the purple yak hair fiber length is within 5 ~ 130 mm and the brown yak hair fiber is 5 ~ 132 mm,and a computer simulation for yak hair fiber distribution has been developed. Yak hair fiber length distribution is proved to be continuous,with the notable features of natural fiber distribution. Through measurement and analysis,the authors study the yak hair fiber length distribution,length-weight distribution,and length-linear density distribution. It is concluded that the average purple yak hair fiber linear density is 5. 41 dtex and linear density 3. 734 ~ 8. 058 dtex; the average brown yak hair fiber linear density is 4. 23 dtex and linear density 3. 291 ~ 8. 000 dtex.
