摘要
介绍了Tencel G100、高收缩涤纶、阳离子涤纶和粘胶纤维的性能特点。根据纤维特点,制定合理的混和方法和混纺纱的工艺流程。重点讨论了高收缩涤纶、阳离子涤纶和粘胶纤维在清花、梳棉工序加工时的专件优选和工艺参数配置。对各工序进行合理工艺设计,有效解决了混纺纱在纺纱过程中出现的静电缠绕现象、混纺比控制和细纱工序棉结突然增多的问题。合理配置自动络筒电清参数,纺制出28.1 tex Tencel G100/高收缩涤纶/阳离子涤纶/粘胶40/20/20/20混纺纱,取得了良好的纺纱效果。
This paper introduced the properties of Tencel G100 fiber,shrinkage polyester fiber,cationic polyester fiber and viscose fiber. According to the performance of fibers,a reasonable blending method and processing circulation of blended yam were set. The paper paid much attention to shrinkage polyester fiber,cationic polyester fiber and viscose fiber optimization of special parts selection and processing parameters configuration in picking and carding process. Designing reasonable technology for each process,the electrostatic clinging problem,blending ratio control and nep number mutation during spinning process were solved effectively. With reasonable parameter of automatic winding,the 40%Tencel 20% shrinkage polyester 20% cationic polyester fiber 20% viscose 28. 1 tex yarn was spun,better spinning effect could be got.
