摘要
分别采用光学投影显微镜及计算机与图像处理相结合的电子显微镜对不同直径的山羊绒及羊毛纤维进行细度检测,研究2种仪器测量结果的相关性。在常规统计分析的基础上,运用方差检验(F检验法)和平均值检验(t检验法)评价检测结果的精密度与一致性。结果表明:在置信概率95%的条件下,2种仪器对于纤维细度的检测结果没有显著性差异,且精密度一致。建议GB/T 10685—2007《羊毛纤维直径试验方法投影显微镜法》修订时,考虑增加应用计算机图像技术的电子显微镜法检测纤维细度。
The fineness of cashmere and wool fiber were measured using the traditional optical projection and computerized microscope combined with image processing, the correlation between the results of them were studied. On the basis of conventional statistical analysis method, variance test(F test) and mean value test(t test) were used to evaluate the accuracy and consistency of the measure results. The results show that:under the condition of 95% confidence probability, there is no significant difference between the two instruments for fiber fineness detection, and the precision of the two instruments is the same. It is suggested that when standard GB/T 10685—2007 'wool fiber diameter test method projection microscope' is revised, the electronic microscope method can be considered to be used.
