中性蛋白酶1398在羊毛洗毛工艺中的应用

Application of neutral proteinase 1398 in wool washing process

研究了中性蛋白酶1398与洗剂601T复配洗毛的最佳工艺。实验采用五槽法洗毛,通过控制中性蛋白酶1398的用量、洗毛温度以及pH值3个条件,根据处理后羊毛白度与纤维强度的检测结果来优选出最优工艺。结果表明:中性蛋白酶1398与洗剂复配的最佳工艺条件为中性蛋白酶1398用量0.4%～0.8%(owf)、温度45～50℃、pH值7.0～7.5。

The optimum process of wool washing with neutral proteinase 1398 and lotion 601 T was studied.In the experiment,five grooves were used to wash the wool,by controlling the concentration of neutral proteinase 1398,the temperature of wool washing and the pH value,the optimum process was selected according to the testing results of the whiteness and strength of the wool after treatment.The results showed that the optimum technological condition for the combination of neutral proteinase 1398 and lotion was 0.4%to 0.8%of neutral protease 1398,the temperature was 45℃to 50℃,and the pH value was 7.0-7.5.
