摘要
为了降低穿经过程中工人手工分综的劳动强度,提高分离综丝效率,研究了一种穿经机全自动综丝分离系统。介绍了该系统的工作原理、结构设计和控制装置。综丝分离机构由分离刀、分离翼、综丝传输系统构成,控制系统由Q03UDE CPU、QD75D4定位模块、伺服系统等构成。该系统运行结果表明:分综机构动作稳定可靠,分综系统工作效率高,分综速度可达140根/min,比人工分综效率提高8倍以上,可大幅度提高企业的生产效率,降低工人劳动强度。
In order to improve the production efficiency of heddle-separation and reduce labor intensity of operators,a automatic separating heddles device in drawing-in machines was designed,the principle,structure design and hardware of the system were introduced in this paper.The separating heddle apparatus contains separating knives,separating wings and heddles conveying system.The controlling system is made up of Q03UDE modules,QD75D4 positioning modules and servo motors.Application of the automatic separating heddles device is proved to be reliable and high efficiency,which can separate 140 heddles per minutes,and is eight times more efficient than hand separating heddles.
