摘要
为了解决羽毛纤维传统染色存在上染百分率低、耗水耗能大等问题,采用超声波技术,通过BoxBehnken中心组合实验和响应面法优化分析羽毛纤维的染色工艺条件,探讨不同活性染料用量、染色温度、染色时间和浴比及其交互作用对羽毛纤维上染百分率的影响,得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,确定羽毛纤维超声波染色最佳工艺条件为:活性染料用量2%(owf),染色温度80℃,染色时间60 min,浴比1∶40。该工艺条件下,羽毛纤维的上染百分率达到75. 4%,可以满足传统染色方法的染色效果。
In order to solve the problems of low dye uptake,high water consumption and energy consumption for feather fiber by traditional dyeing method,the dyeing condition of feather fibers was investigated in ultrasonic wave by Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface method.The effects of reactive dyes amount,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,liquor ratio and their interactions on the dye uptake of feather fibers were systematically studied using ultrasonic method,and the prediction model of quadratic polynomial regression equation was obtained.An optimized dyeing process of feathers was recommended with amount of reactive dyes of 2%,a dyeing temperature of 80°C,a dyeing time of60 min and liquor ratio of 1∶40 in ultrasonic wave.Under these conditions,the dye uptake of feather fibers reaches 75.4%,which can meet the dyeing effect of traditional method.
