摘要
为了提高女式收腰羊毛衫穿着舒适度,选择3种织物组织,分别编织5种密度的毛衫并对其进行压力测试,分析毛衫织物组织、织物密度、测试点位置以及穿着者活动状态对人体体感压力舒适性的影响。结果表明:同一个密度的针织面料对腰部不同位置的压力是不同的,身体曲度越大受压越大,对人体的压力随着织物密度的减小而减小,但织物组织结构的改变对压力舒适性影响不大,人体处于动态时适当的增加压力可以增加体感舒适度。
In order to improve the comfort of women’s waist-collected sweaters,the pressure comfort of specimens with 3 kinds of structures and 5 kinds of densities were knitted respectively.The effect of fabric structure,density,test point position as well as the wearer’s active state on pressure comfort were analyzed.The results showed that the knitted fabric with the same density has different pressure on different positions of the waist.The pressure increased with the body curvature and the pressure on the human body decreases with the decrease of fabric density,but the change of structure has little effect on the pressure comfort.When the body is in dynamic state,the increase of the pressure can promote the circulation of the waist,and the human body is more comfortable.
