摘要
越夏阶段分别用花粉和花粉代用品饲喂中蜂群,测定有效产卵量、工蜂寿命和蜂群群势发展情况。结果表明:越夏期间,饲喂花粉的蜂群,有效产卵量增加,蜂群群势增强,工蜂寿命延长和越夏能力增强;按比例花粉混合大豆粉、蛋白粉、酵母粉饲喂的蜂群,饲喂豆粉和酵母粉的有效产卵量与花粉组无显著差异,而花粉组与空白组有效产卵量差异显著。测定封盖子面积和蜂群势,未见差异显著。故而得出蜂花粉是蜜蜂理想的蛋白质饲料,同时越夏阶段可以适当补充豆粉和酵母粉与花粉共同补助饲喂。
Bee colonies(Apis cerana cerana) were fed with pollen and pollen substitutes in summer, and the effects were tested on the efficiency lay eggs, longevity of worker, development situation of colony. The results show that, colonies fed with pollen have significantly higher lay eggs, meanwhile become longevity and resistance in summer. The efficiency lay eggs of the colonies fed with pollen, bean powder and yeast have significant differences compare with blank group, but no significant difference between bean powder with yeast powder for. We measured brood ares and the numbers of adult bee in the colonies and there was no significant difference among each other. Therefore bee pollen play an important role in summer, bean powder and yeast powder will appropriate substitute for part of pollen to supply colony nutrition.
