摘要
蜜蜂是继果蝇后的一种重要经济模式昆虫,其典型的单双倍体性别决定机制一直受众多国内外研究学者关注。就近年来对蜜蜂性别决定分子机制相关基因csd、fem、tra2、dsx等的研究进展进行综述。
The honeybee is a kind of important economic model insect except the Drosophila melanogaster.It is typical model of genetic sex determination——haplodiploidy has been studied and attentioned by many scholars from domestic and foreign. We summarized the research progress about the bees sex determination molecular mechanism about the csd gene, fem gene, tra2 gene, dsx gene in recent years.
