薄荷脱病毒苗的农艺性状和有关生理指标的测定 被引量:15

摘要 对薄荷进行了组织培养条件下的脱病毒研究 ,并进行了农艺性状和有关生理指标的测定。结果显示 :脱病毒薄荷的田间农艺性状和和挥发油含量、品质均明显优于未脱毒薄荷。同时脱病毒薄荷的过氧化物酶同工酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量均高于未脱毒薄荷。薄荷的脱病毒可望显著提高薄荷田间生长量 ,从而提高薄荷油的产量 ,同时脱毒薄荷油的质量也有所提高 。 Virus-free culture of Mentha haplocalyx B. in tissu e culture was stud ied. The agronomic characteristics and related physiological indexes of virus-f r ee seedling were determined. Obtained results indicated that the virus-free see dl ings were obviously better than those of contrast in most of agronomic character s and the quantity and quality of volatile oil. At the same time, the activity of isoenzyme of peroxidase and the content of soluble protein in the virus-free plant were better than those of the control. As a result, the virus-free materi a ls were possible to increase the yield and improve quantity and quality of volat ile oil significantly, so as to increase economic profit of Mentha haplocalyx B greatly.
