沉淀池扩张管嘴排泥管试验研究

摘要 介绍了沉淀池扩张管嘴排泥管试验情况。试验表明 ,当扩张管嘴在排泥管两侧等间距交错布置 ,扩张管嘴与排泥管轴线所成夹角 β和扩张管嘴所在平面下方向与竖直面所成夹角γ均为4 5° ,间距为 30 0mm时排泥效果较好 ,同时扩张管嘴排泥管的各项指标明显优于普通穿孔排泥管。 The experiment on perorated pipe with divergent tube(DT)was conducted for sludge discharge of sedimentation tank.The results show that in case of staggered arrangement of DT openings with uniform space at both side of the sludge pipe,both the included angle β of DT openings to the axis of sludge pipeline,and the included angle γ of the bottom of the DT openings to the vertical plane are same as 45 degree,and best sludge discharge was observed at spacing interval 300 mm.In this case also any indicators of the perorated pipe with DT are much better than that of common sludge pipes.
