摘要
针对我国污水处理厂分散生产运行管理 ,污水处理厂自动化、信息化管理水平偏低 ,有待采用计算机技术、自动控制技术、通信等新技术改进提高 ,实现污水处理厂远程集中监测、监控问题 ,提出污水处理厂远程监测、监控系统开发参考模型。阐述了污水处理厂远程监控系统的结构体系、开发思路、污水处理厂现场控制对象及设计、监控中心设计、监控中心和各污水处理厂通信设计、开发工具及监控软件设计等技术及要求。并扼要分析建立污水处理厂远程监控系统产生的效益。
Aiming at the behindhand status of WWTP management in this country,such as decentralized operation management and low level automation and informational supervision,the authors think,it is indispensable to adopt advanced technologies like computer application,automatic control,data communication etc.for improvement,so as to realize remote centralized monitoring and controlling of WWTP.The idea and a reference model to develop WWTP remote supervising(monitoring and controlling)system and related components,for these included the systematic structure and design works of field monitored targets,monitoring center,communication system of supervising host to monitored WWTPs.developing tool design and software compilations for the remote supervising system are given in this paper.A1so the benefit contributions of the remote supervising system for WWTP are discussed.
