羊蹄根汤与西药合用治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜28例

Effect of R. Japonicus Houtt Soup Combined with Compound in Treatment of Primary Thrombocytopenic Purpur in 28 Cases

目的 :比较羊蹄根汤和西药合用与单纯西药治疗原发性血小板减少性紫瘕的效果。方法 :5 6例患者随机分为治疗组 (中西药结合组 :羊蹄根汤合用氨肽素、泼尼松和维生素C)和对照组 (单纯西药组 :氨肽素、泼尼松和维生素C)。结果 :治疗组有效率 10 0 % (2 8例 ) ,对照组有效率 78.6 % (2 2例 )两组间进行比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :羊蹄根汤和西药合用治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜比单纯西药组疗效高。

Objective: To campare the effect of R.japonicus Houtt. soup combined with compound with single compound in the treatment of primary thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods: 56 patients were randomly divided into treated group (treated with R.Japonicns Houtt. soup with ampeptide, prednisone, and vitamin C) and controlled group(treated with ampeptide, prednisone and vitanin C), the effective rate of treated group was 100%(28 cases). the controlled group 78.6% (22cases), there was significant difference between 2 groups ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of R.japoncus Houtt. soup combined with compound is higher than single compound.
