摘要
目的 :观察国产泮托拉唑、胶体果胶铋 (CBP)和呋喃唑酮三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的疗效及不良反应。 方法 :把确诊为Hp感染的 6 0例消化性溃疡 (PU)病人随机分为 2组 ,A组 32例给予泮托拉唑、CBP和呋喃唑酮治疗。B组 2 8例给予奥美拉唑、克拉霉素和甲硝唑治疗。 2组疗程均 14d。治疗期间分别观察 2组药物不良反应。结果 :A组Hp根除率为93.5 % ,B组 92 .8% ,无显著性差异。而不良反应发生率A组明显少于B组。结论 :使用A组药物治疗Hp感染的PU ,疗效肯定 ,不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the effects and adverse reactions of triple therapy with pantoprazole, colloid bismuth subcitrate(CBP)and furazolidone for eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Method: 60 cases of peptic ulcer with Hp infection were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in group A were given pantoprazole, CBP, and funazolidone with Hpinfection. 28 cases in group B were given omeprazole, clarithromycin, and metronidazole. 2 groups were treated for 14 days.Drug adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Result: The Hp eradication rate of Hp in group A was 93.5% ,and group B was 92.8% .There was no significant difference between 2 groups,while the adverse reactions were fewer and the price is lower in group A than in group B. Conclusion: Group A has high effect but low adverse reaction incidence for peptic ulcer caused by Hp.
