C级单组分无溶剂绝缘浸渍漆的研究

摘要 以间苯二甲酸二烯丙酯 ( DAIP)为主体树脂 ,环氧丙烯酸酯 ( VE)为改性剂 ,合成了一种新型 C级单组分无溶剂绝缘浸渍漆 ;利用差热分析 ( DSC)、傅立叶红外变换光谱分析 ( FTIR)、热失重分析 ( TG)等方法 ,系统表征了漆液及其固化产物的性能。结果证明 ,该漆液粘度低、贮存期长 ,固化产物耐热性高、电气绝缘性能好 ,是一种综合性能较高的新型 Present heat resistant insulating impregnating varnishes in P. R. China have such shortcomings as high viscosity, high curing temperature, multi component and short storage life. We contracted with Xi′an Insulation Material Factory to synthesize a better one, which, when finally synthesized, we named DAIP/VE. DAIP is short for diallyl isophthalate, and VE is short for vinyl ester. As a reactive thermoset monomer, DAIP has most of the properties desired, but it is a little inactive and excessively brittle. Our VE is obtained through esterification of bisphenol A epoxy resin and methacrylic acid, and it has good toughness, high reactivity and long storage life. Thus when DAIP is modified with VE, the varnish has satisfying properties. We characterized our DAIP/VE new varnish with many methods including DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry spectrum), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy) and TG (Thermogravimetry). The results show that the synthesized varnish has low viscosity (indicated by 64.7 s as measured according to Chinese National Standards), low curing temperature of below 130℃ and long storage life of more than half a year. Tables 3, 4 and 5 show respectively that our DAIP/VE new varnish also possesses better mechanical properties, high heat resistant properties and good dielectric properties. Obviously DAIP/VE is an one component varnish.
