轴流压气机前置扰流器结构参数的实验研究

On Improving Stall Margin of Single-Stage Axial Compressor While Keeping Loss of Efficiency Very Small

摘要 实验研究了不同几何配置的前置扰流器对单级轴流压气机转子性能的影响 ,特别是各主要结构参数对压气机稳定工作裕度及效率的影响 ;分析了空气分流器式前置扰流器扩大轴流压气机稳定工作范围的机理。结果表明空气分流器式前置扰流器可以有效地扩大压气机的稳定工作范围 ,在几何参数优化配置的条件下 ,流量裕度改进 30 %以上 ,综合裕度改进 5 0 %以上 。 Traditional air separator improves the stall margin of an axial compressor at the price of much lowered efficiency. We experimented with six different air separators, whose main geometrical parameters l a, l b, l d (defined in Fig.1), and θ are listed in Table 1. We studied the effects of the six different air separators on the performance of a single stage axial compressor. Table 2 lists the test results; the test data corresponding to the six air separators are compared with those corresponding to solid casing. Subsections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 analyze in some detail the effects of different combinations of main geometrical parameters on performance. The results show that forward clearance l d has strong effect on performance. The optimal geometrical parameters may improve stall margin more than 50% with only a very small loss of less then 1% in peak efficiency.
