改革开放以来吉林省少数民族教育发展现状及面临的问题

Minority Educational Development in Jinlin Province since 1978

吉林省是多民族边疆省份,大力发展少数民族教育始终是吉林省教育工作的重点。新中国成立后特别是改革开放以来,吉林省各级党委和政府始终高度重视发展少数民族教育,在政策投入、基本建设、师资培训等方面都予以优先安排和倾斜,从而使少数民族教育有了跨越式发展。通过分析吉林省少数民族教育的特点,考察并总结了吉林省发展少数民族教育的做法和经验,同时,实事求是地指出了吉林省少数民族教育存在的问题和困难,提出了进一步发展少数民族教育的对策和建议。

Jilin is a frontier province of multiethnic groups, it’s a key issue for Education in Jilin to devote major effort to developing minority education. Since 1949, especially era of reform and opening,the development of minority education has been highly emphasized, given priority to policy input, infrastructure construction, and teacher’s train-ing, finally made the minority education realize a leap advancement. This paper analyses the characteristics of minor-ity education, summarize the experiences how to promote minority education in Jilin province. Meanwhile propose the problems and difficulties existed in minority education and finally provide the countermeasure and suggestions for further development of minority education.
