基于创新人才培养的大学本科课程设置探析——对新疆X大学的院校研究

Analysis of Establishment of Bachelor's Degree Course Based on Innovative Talent Training——The College of X University in Xinjiang

创新人才培养是我国人才强国战略的重要举措,也是学者近几年研究的焦点所在。本文在探讨以课程建设为重点的创新人才培养基础上,以新疆X大学为案例进行院校研究,分析发现该校以普通教育、专业教育和综合教育三大模块进行创新人才课程设置。同时,也对课程教育中创新意识渗透少、缺乏专门的创新教育课程和选修课选课失真等问题进行了反思,以期能为高校的课程设置优化提供参考意见。

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important measure of Chinese talents strategy, is also the fo-cus of scholars in recent years of the study. In this paper, the cultivation of innovative talents in curriculum construc-tion as the key point in the discussion foundation, take Xinjiang X University as a case study of colleges and universi-ties, analysis found that the school was set up innovative talents courses to general education, professional education and comprehensive education those three big modules. At the same time, also reflection the infiltrating innovative sense education, lack of innovation education in specialized and optional distortion ,with a view to University Curricu-lum Optimization advice.
