教学研究型大学大部制改革的理论与实际分析——以内蒙古大学为例

高校大部制改革包括行政部门的大部制改革和学部制改革。中外研究型大学在学部制改革中已经积累了宝贵的经验,基于已有的经验和实际,教学研究型大学的大部制改革有充分的必要性和可行性,然而,有促进改革的动力,就必然有阻碍改革的阻力。对于教学研究型大学而言,高校大部制改革的重要意义在于促进本科人才培养模式的创新,实现本科人才培养的多样化。内蒙古大学作为边疆民族地区的有区域特色的高水平教学研究型大学,对其进行大部制改革的理论和实际进行分析,对推进同类大学的大部制改革有积极意义。

The huge ministry system reform of university include the huge ministry system reform of administrative department and the ministry of education reform. There are necessity and feasibility in the huge ministry system reform of teaching-research university,which based on the ministry of education reform of research university.,and there are impetus and resistances in the reform. For teaching-research university,one of the most important meaning of the reform is to enhance the cultivable and diversity of the talent mode. Illustrated by the case of Inner Mongolia University,it may have a great help in the huge ministry system reform of teaching-research university.
