公民意识在当代中国具有其独特的时代内涵。边疆少数民族大学生作为一个特殊群体,其公民意识培育具有一定的特殊性和紧迫性。当前,可通过建立健全公民意识系统化培育机制、完善公民意识培育内容的设计、加大对边疆少数民族大学生公民实际困难的关注等措施加强对边疆少数民族大学生公民意识的培育,提高其国家认同度。

Citizenship consciousness in the contemporary era of China has its unique connotation.Borderland ethnic college students as a special group, their citizenship consciousness cultivation has a certain particularity and urgency. At present, through establishing and perfecting the systematic training mechanism of citizenship consciousness, perfect the training content design of citizenship consciousness, more attention to borderland ethnic college students' practical difficulties, and so on,thus will strengthen the cultivation of borderland ethnic college students' citizenship consciousness and improve their national identity.
